Fried Japanese Fresh Noodles and Seafood with Sweet Soy Sauce
Japanese fresh noodles/Udon noodles400 g [2 packets ]
Assorted seafood250 g [cut into pieces]
Carrot (s)25 g [shredded]
Bell pepper (s)1/2 pc [shredded]
Sweet Soy Sauce 3 tbsp
Minced Garlic 2 tsp
- Stir-fry assorted seafood in 2 tbsp oil until done. Add bell pepper, carrot and stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Stir in Japanese fresh noodles and seasoning mix. Stir well until heated through.
