Spicy Potato Wedges with Hoisin Flavored Sour Cream Dip

olive oil 2 tbsp sour cream 4 oz black pepper 1 pinch [to taste ] potatoes 2 whole [washed & cut, 1/3 inch wedges] salt 1/2 tsp cilantro 2 tbsp cilantro 2 tbsp [chopped ] lime juice 2 tsp
Marinade
Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 2 tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce 2 tbsp Hoisin Sauce 2 tbsp
Directions

In a small mixing bowl, combine sour cream, lime juice, salt, black pepper, cilantro and Lee Kum KeeTM Hoisin Sauce (hoisin flavored sour cream). Mix well and refrigerate. |

In a tray, toss potatoes with olive oil, Lee Kum KeeTM Chili Garlic Sauce and Lee Kum KeeTM Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce. |

Place potatoes on grill and cook for 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. |

Serve with hoisin flavored sour cream. |
