Ingredients

olive oil 2 tbsp
sour cream 4 oz
black pepper 1 pinch [to taste ]
potatoes 2 whole [washed & cut, 1/3 inch wedges]
salt 1/2 tsp
cilantro 2 tbsp
cilantro 2 tbsp [chopped ]
lime juice 2 tsp

Directions
1. In a small mixing bowl, combine sour cream, lime juice, salt, black pepper, cilantro and Lee Kum KeeTM Hoisin Sauce (hoisin flavored sour cream). Mix well and refrigerate.
2. In a tray, toss potatoes with olive oil, Lee Kum KeeTM Chili Garlic Sauce and Lee Kum KeeTM Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce.
3. Place potatoes on grill and cook for 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
4. Serve with hoisin flavored sour cream.
