black pepper 1 pinch [to taste ]
tempura mix 1 box [mixed according to direction ]
oil 6 oz [for cooking ]
Hawaiian buns 8 pcs
Hoisin Sauce 1 tbsp
||In a small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise and Lee Kum KeeTM Hoisin Sauce. Mix well (Hoisin Sauce Mix). Refrigerate.
||Season shrimp with black pepper.
||Dip shrimp into tempura mix batter. Dust off excess.
||Deep-fry shrimp in oil until golden brown. Serve in a bun with Hoisin Sauce Mix.
