dover sole filet 1 lb [cut in half ]
mayonniase 4 tbsp
black pepper 1 pinch [for taste]
tempura mix 1 box [mix according to direction, ke]
oil 5 tbsp [for deep-frying ]

Chili Garlic Sauce
Chili Garlic Sauce
2 tsp


Directions
1. Season fish fillet with black pepper. Roll fish in tempura mixture until fully coated. Dust-off excess batter.
2. Heat oil in pan on high heat. Slowly place battered fish into pan. Cook until both sides are golden brown.
3. Serve with chili garlic flavored mayonnaise (Lee Kum KeeTM Chili Garic Sauce and mayonnaise).
