Fried Dover Sole Fillet with Lee Kum Kee™ Chili Garlic Sauce
dover sole filet 1 lb [cut in half ]
mayonniase 4 tbsp
black pepper 1 pinch [for taste]
tempura mix 1 box [mix according to direction, ke]
oil 5 tbsp [for deep-frying ]
Chili Garlic Sauce 2 tsp
||Season fish fillet with black pepper. Roll fish in tempura mixture until fully coated. Dust-off excess batter.
||Heat oil in pan on high heat. Slowly place battered fish into pan. Cook until both sides are golden brown.
||Serve with chili garlic flavored mayonnaise (Lee Kum KeeTM Chili Garic Sauce and mayonnaise).
