Lee Kum Kee Exhibits at 2017 National Restaurant Association Show

Lee Kum Kee (USA) Inc. Foodservice team attended the 98th National Restaurant Association (NRA) show this year at the McCormick Place Convention Center in Chicago, IL, during May 20–23. This is the most comprehensive event for the foodservice industry. Capitalizing on the presence of more than 2,000 exhibitors and thousands of attendees directly involved in the foodservice and lodging industry, Lee Kum Kee was able to generate promising leads and gain insightful information on industry trends.

A delicious vegetarian orzo salad was served with Lee Kum Kee Sesame Dressing, highlighting our dressing capabilities. A variety of new product development sauces were served with meatballs. The featured sauce flavors included a clean Black Pepper Sauce, Korean BBQ Sauce, and Sichuan Chili Sauce, showcasing our custom sauce capabilities. With these sauces the team also added variety to the menu by adding a shrimp noodle dish that received a lot of attention. Attendees were impressed and enjoyed our East meets West approach on these traditional western dishes.
