Stir-fried Scallop with Oyster Flavored Sauce

Scallop (s) 350 g [chilled]
Fresh Lily Bulb 90 gtorn into pieces
Sugar snaps 90 g
Carrot (s) 25 g [sliced]
Chili 1/2 pc [Red, cut into pieces]


Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 2 tbsp
Premium Soy Sauce 1 tsp
Water 5 tbsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp

  1. Parboil scallop in boiling water.  Drain.
  2. Saute red chili in 2 tbsp oil.  Add lily bulb, sugar snaps, carrot and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  3. Stir in scallop, sauce mix and heat through.
