Ramen In All Purpose Marinade With Herbs

Ingredients

Ramen 400 g [2 ready-to-eat packets]
Cucumber 75 g [shredded]
Canned whole kernel corn 75 g [drained]
Crab roe 50 g
Fried egg sheet 1 pc [shredded]


Marinade

All Purpose Marinade with Herbs 4 tbsp
Sesame Oil (Pure) 1 tsp


Directions
  1. Blanch Japanese ramen in boiling water.  Take out and soak in iced water until cold.  Drain and arrange on a serving bowl.
  2. Arrange cucumber, kernel corn, crab roe and egg shreds on Japanese ramen.  Chill in refrigerator until cold.
  3. Add seasoning mix just before serving and mix well.  Serve cold.
