Cooked rice 350 g [about 2 cups]
Beef 90 g [sliced]
Egg (s) 1 pc [beaten]
Minced Garlic 2 tsp
Onion(s) 1/2 pc [shredded]
Fresh Shiitake mushroom(s) 2 pcs [sliced]
Green peas 1 tbsp


PANDA BRAND™ Oyster Flavored Sauce 1 tbsp
Premium Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Minced Garlic 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Shredded leek 1 tbsp
Oil 1/2 tbsp
Pepper to taste
Sesame Oil (Pure) 1/2 tbsp
Hoisin Sauce 1 tbsp
Pepper to taste

  1. Mix beef with marinade.
  2. Add a little salt to the egg. Beat well. Scramble and set aside.
  3. Saute garlic and onion in 2 tbsp oil. Add beef, fresh black mushrooms and stir-fry until done. Stir in cooked rice, egg and green peas. Add seasoning mix and stir well until heated through.
